About Me

Wade Paul Johnson

I am a songwriter, singer, drummer and guitarist that has been writing and performing music for over 50 years. Currently I play drums and sing and am looking for a band to join and also perform solo on acoustic guitar and vocals. I am based in Hamilton, Texas and can travel. During the 2020/2021 pandemic I have been performing solo acoustic guitar and vocals playing songs I have written and co-written as well as my adaptations of cover songs I like on FacebookLive every other Wednesday.

    "What up?"

    I love Sundays. It's the most peaceful and stress free day of the week for me. It's my "me day." Rest and Recuperate." From what, you might ask? Good question because I am retired from the corporate world for about 5 years counting. I guess the tired comes from recording. I'm busy recording the songs of my buddy Delbert Raines and some of mine as well. As fun as recording is, it's also emotionally draining and even physically draining but I love the creativity that knows few boundaries.
